Hello again fellow bloggers and bloggettes. Now you can follow us on twitter for some fun inside scoop updates. We’ve already started posting photos and other bite-size goodies for ya. So whaddayasay? Tweet away!
It’s officially one week into the new year and we’re excited to start fresh. We spent the first few days cleaning and organizing things here at the office. Papers were thrown out, closets were tidied up, files were backed up. It’s going to be a great year. And now behold some pictures of our little Christmas party and gift exchange:
I thought I’d share a few intimate photos of the Thirdeye crew hard at work. You’ll notice most of the shots are with our snazzy new fisheye lens. Wee!

The latest craze at our office has to be our bi-weekly supply of Panera Bagels. Ever since we discovered this gem of a restaurant, we’ve had to get our weekly fix of grainy goodness. Toast a few bagels, put on a fresh pot of coffee and you’ve got yourself a room of happy designers. I personally recommend the Choc-O-Nut bagel. Mmmmmm!

One of the most interesting moments in the Thirdeye day happens somewhere between 11:30am and 2:00pm. It is a process that requires negotiation skills, a bit of charm, a high tolerance for criticism, and a minor in physics/geometry. I’m talking of course about ordering lunch. You see, we have exhausted every local restaurant, every fast food joint, every pizza shop. You name it, we’ve eaten it. In fact, if I’m ever on an errand I make a conscious decision to seek out new food. Whenever we can’t decide what to order together, it usually ends up boiling down to chicken or sushi, and boy are we tired of chicken and sushi. We’re too busy to go out and pick it up, so we’re at the mercy of the delivery guy. A few of us have tried bringing in our own bagged lunches, middle school style. But it’s hard to top the smell of freshly delivered food with an unwrapped peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It’s downright pathetic. Since we eat together at the meeting table, wandering eyes become envious eyes. At least mine do. And so I succumb to ordering the same thing my peers ordered the next day. Some of us have it easier than others here at Thirdeye. Alex doesn’t mind eating sushi every day. Robert brings his own sandwiches. I guess the rest of us need a new taste of food every week. Today is no different. Bon Appetite!
